Job Summary
DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, building and maintaining scalable infrastructure for research and trading systems; design and maintain CI/CD pipelines; manage AWS cloud infrastructure with EKS; build data pipelines for real-time and batch processing; ensure reliability, monitoring, security, and automation; collaborate with global teams across Europe and beyond to optimize deployments and integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in DevOps & automation with a focus on cloud and containerized environments
- Expertise in AWS including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda and EKS
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes to deploy and manage workloads
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Flux CD or similar
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL workflows (Airflow, Kafka, AWS StepFunctions)
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Scripting in Bash and Python
- Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch)
- Strong communication skills in English (French a plus)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative approach across developers, quants, and IT teams
