Job Summary
DevOps Engineer responsible for maintaining, improving, and automating the organization’s infrastructure and CI/CD processes. Responsibilities include implementing IaC with Terraform, managing AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC), developing and optimizing Terraform modules, implementing and maintaining monitoring/logging (ELK, Grafana, Thruk), supporting infrastructure and deployment pipelines, and driving automation across workflows. Candidate should have hands-on experience (3+ years) in DevOps/Cloud/Infrastructure roles, with practical Terraform usage, CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI/Jenkins), containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), scripting (Bash/Python), and observability tools (Grafana/Prometheus/ELK/OpenTelemetry). Hybrid work arrangement: 3 office days and 2 remote days; locations in Kaunas and Vilnius, Lithuania, with remote work options described as part of the role.
