Job Summary
DevOps Engineer responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with backend (Java/Python) and frontend (React) teams to ensure seamless deployment and application performance. Key duties involve AWS-based infrastructure management, Kubernetes cluster design and maintenance, building robust CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/Tekton/ArgoCD or GitHub Actions, IaC with Terraform or Ansible, developing and troubleshooting DevOps applications in Java/Python/React, implementing monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and Linux/Windows server administration. Strong problem-solving, communication, and agile-work Skills, plus Mandarin language proficiency. Desirable: full-stack familiarity with Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask), React architecture and related tooling, SQL and NoSQL databases, and DevSecOps practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering
- Deep proficiency with AWS services (EC2, EBS, CloudWatch, CloudFront, S3, RDS, Lambda, WAF, SSM, VPC, IAM)
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience (including Helm, operators, or service mesh)
- Linux/Windows system administration and networking
- Scripting: Python or Bash; Java is a plus
- Git and branching strategies
