DevOps Engineer (m/f)

Job Summary
Support and improve the internal R&D infrastructure and development environment while assisting in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows. Help manage Linux-based systems, development tools, and containerized environments, and monitor systems to identify issues for performance, reliability, and security improvements. Troubleshoot infrastructure, software environment, and tooling-related issues by collaborating closely with software, QA, and network teams to improve engineering workflows. Contribute to clear technical documentation and process standardization, and support hardware and lab environment setup when needed. Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, system administration, or a similar technical role
- Basic to solid knowledge of Linux systems, preferably Ubuntu
- Experience with Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins
- Basic hands-on experience with Docker, Podman, or similar container tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
Desired Qualifications
- A passion for hardware & server maintenance
- Experience with C++, C, or Python
- Knowledge of embedded Linux or other Linux distributions (Arch, Alpine, Proxmox)
- Hands-on experience with virtual machines or cybersecurity
