Job Summary
Role: DevOps Engineer L3 at Wipro. Responsibilities include CI/CD automation, planning and executing DevOps pipelines across the toolchain, and managing IT infrastructure to support application life cycles. On-board applications, configure user access workflows, and build the DevOps tools per client needs. Collaborate with development staff to connect code with operating systems and production infrastructure, and leverage tools to automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment. Provide customer support on DevOps tools, ensure timely ticket resolution, follow escalation processes, and perform root-cause analysis for critical issues. Deliverables emphasize 100% error-free onboarding/implementation, CSAT targets, and zero escalations.
