Job Summary
Support the software development lifecycle through CI/CD pipeline development, build system improvements, and provisioning strategies on AWS cloud infrastructure. Work with engineering teams to advance monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions across delivery systems while building metrics pipelines and dashboards for enhanced system visibility. Evaluate and enable AI-based tools, LLM-driven workflows, and automation opportunities within DevOps environments to improve developer productivity. This role contributes to the Surgery team's mission of developing smarter, less invasive surgical technologies for conditions like obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps or related field
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline support and development using Jenkins and/or Gitlab
- Experience with cloud and containerization technologies such as AWS and Docker
- Experience with Python and Bash
- Experience with code repository management, code merge, and code quality checks
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar tools
- Experience building or supporting engineering metrics pipelines, dashboards, and data reporting workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools, LLM based workflows, and automation use cases in software development or DevOps environments
- This role may require up to 10% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with QNX, Yocto, and Linux
- Experience working in medical devices
- Experience with CMake
- Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Experience with Artifactory and SonarQube
- Experience supporting AI or ML workloads, data pipelines, or related infrastructure
