Job Summary
Design and implement enterprise cloud infrastructure using GCP, Azure, and Infrastructure as Code. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments while deploying containerized applications and cloud-native workloads. Implement cloud security, IAM, encryption, and compliance controls alongside scalable AI infrastructure with integrated governance. Monitor AI models, cloud environments, and application performance while driving FinOps initiatives for cost optimization. Support AI/ML lifecycle management, drift detection, and automated response for agent-based AI systems. This six-month contract with Southern Company Services requires 10+ years of experience and focuses on building secure, cost-efficient AI and cloud solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation experience
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP (preferred), Azure, or Databricks
- Experience with Terraform, Bicep, Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Experience implementing cloud security and governance best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
