Job Summary
Build and implement new development tools and infrastructure while automating and improving development and release processes. Identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis of production errors, and develop software updates and fixes to ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats. Work with software developers and engineers to ensure development follows established processes, design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance, and create scripts to automate visualization. Reduce error occurrence and improve customer experience through these initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering, three years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Linux, shell scripting, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related engineering field from a top-tier university
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with mainstream monitoring tools
- Proficiency in Linux and shell scripting
- Experience with MySQL databases and various middleware
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (K8S)
