Job Summary
Triage, debug, and resolve complex L3 incidents for Edge/on-prem and cloud operations, performing root-cause analysis and coordinating remediation across customer deployments. Build targeted automations in Python, Bash, and Ansible to reduce operational issues, while executing safe deployments and upgrades via GitOps and IaC pipelines on AKS and GKE. Design and refine Alertmanager rules and Grafana dashboards to standardize observability using Prometheus metrics and logs. Collaborate with Operations, DevOps, and Security teams to optimize systems, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers. This role supports Everseen's vision AI solutions deployed in 10,000 retail stores globally, requiring occasional off-routine hours and travel to international customer locations.
