Job Summary
Clear backlog tickets, maintain and upgrade Kubernetes clusters, and deploy open-source components across a GitOps-based model using GitLab and ArgoCD. Refine change processes for recognizing, notifying, and updating Kubernetes changes while automating operational workflows with Bash or other scripting languages. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integrations and upgrades. Maintain and update internal documentation for tasks and processes. This role supports agile development for Fortune 500 brands and startups across 17+ industries within an AgileEngine Inc. 5000 organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Kubernetes Administrator, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or a combination of these roles
- Experience with Kubernetes administration
- Experience with Git and GitOps
- Experience with ArgoCD
- Familiarity with open-source technologies in the Kubernetes ecosystem, either Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Flux, or Docker
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Upper-intermediate English level
Desired Qualifications
- AWS/EKS experience - strong plus
- Bash scripting
- CKA certification
- Experience writing and updating internal documentation for tasks and processes
