Job Summary
DevOps Engineer responsible for operating and optimizing the cloud-based production, test, and development environments for an international B2B tendering platform. Drive the evolution of the CI/CD pipeline with GitLab, Jenkins and Maven. Work in a cross-functional, agile team. Develop and operate your own tools and services to support developers and application operations. Configure and operate logging and monitoring solutions. Responsible for deploying new program versions. Collaborate closely with external service providers. Requires a degree in IT or several years of professional experience; strong experience with Linux, Java, GitLab/Jenkins, Azure/Azure IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD), CI/CD automation, monitoring tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Dynatrace), and Agile/Scrum; English fluency. Required Qualifications
- Degree with a focus on information technology or several years of professional experience
- Experience with OSS technologies such as Linux, Git, Tomcat, Java, GitLab and Jenkins as well as MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure, as well as IaC with Terraform
- Experience in deploying applications in Kubernetes clusters with Helm and ArgoCD
- Extensive experience with CI/CD, especially the automation of builds, tests and deployments
- Familiarity with monitoring, especially tools like Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Dynatrace
- Familiarity with agile software development methods such as Scrum
- Fluency in English
