Job Summary
Manage and maintain DevOps and development environments for production efforts and pilot programs within secure on-premises and AWS cloud services. Build custom container images and platforms using Kubernetes and Docker, while creating GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, scan, and deployment of these images. Leverage scripting languages to automate processes and deploy infrastructure to on-premises data centers. Support mission organizations by executing data engineering activities that turn raw data into actionable intelligence for immediate mission needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance (applicable to this customer)
- 5+ years and a Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work/military experience
- 2+ years of Kubernetes and Docker experience
- 2+ years of experience building custom container images and platforms
- Strong understanding of DevOps and software/application development processes
- 2+ years of experience building GitLab CI/CD pipelines to build, scan, and deploy custom container images
- Understanding of Python, Bash, or other scripting languages to automate builds
- Experience working in AWS cloud services environments
- Experience with deploying to on prem/data center infrastructure
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
