Job Summary
DevOps Engineer on a long-term government-contracting subproject. Responsibilities include developing Infrastructure as Code and scripting to automate tasks, provisioning managed services, building tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform), patching and hardening of RHEL, installing and tuning Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi, and cloud-native logging/metrics, and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab runners, Argo CD) on AWS. Role emphasizes a highly available platform, collaboration, and working in a SCIF; requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, U.S. citizenship, and strong communication. Location: Annapolis Junction, MD; little to no work-from-home; salary range $115k–$190k; full-time with benefits and potential sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- 6 years experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years with a Master's Degree OR 8 years with an Associate's OR 10 years with High School Diploma
- Security+CE certification
