Job Summary
DevOps Engineer responsible for end-to-end software system integration on large IT projects related to electrical grid Transmission, Distribution and Market. Key duties include designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment; managing cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure/GCP); working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments; monitoring system performance and reliability; collaborating with delivery, security, and development teams to improve delivery speed; troubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, and application issues; implementing best practices for security, scalability, and high availability; and contributing to documentation and process improvements across the service delivery team.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Linux / Unix
- Experience with Git, Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell, Python, Groovy or Bash
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk
- Good understanding of networking, security, and system administration
- Masters / Bachelors in Engineering
