DevOps Engineer for T-Cloud Public (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Develop backend services, APIs and data models for learning paths, user progress and content delivery; implement ServiceNow CSM and NEOS based related integrations such as case updates, workflow triggers and data exchange; work with the offshore team to coordinate development tasks and maintain backend code quality; support the automation of lab environments and platform components through IaC; monitor backend performance and resolve issues that affect user flows or data accuracy; manage CI/CD pipelines for backend services and support smooth release cycles; ensure backend security, logging and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific field or comparable professional training
- 5–7 years of professional IT experience with a strong focus on modern cloud technologies
- Very good knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, and physical network infrastructure
- Extensive experience with infrastructure automation
- Strong expertise in Linux systems and network-related services
- Experience with OpenStack and programming in open-source projects
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Eligible to work within the European Union while meeting customer data security and privacy requirements
