Job Summary
Maintain the Kindred platform and drive all changes through automation while supporting engineering teams with user assistance. Implement development, testing, and automation tools to define processes for DevOps operations, encouraging automated workflows wherever possible. Manage incident management and root cause analysis to support the company CCoE in implementing cloud operational best practices and controls. Collaborate on documentation, knowledge sharing, and achieving common goals while adhering to company procedures and compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- Broad Infrastructure background
- Ability to drive new technical projects & solutions with strong autonomy
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools
- Knowledge in online 24/7 Enterprise platform
- Skills to review, verify, and validate software code
- Understand Linux/Unix in general
- Understand containerized applications and container orchestration tools
- Experience within open source and appliance products
- Understand how to work with large scale production systems and technologies
- Software developer mindset, troubleshooting techniques, and solving problems through repeatable and testable automation
- Understand both public and private cloud systems and services
- Experience within shell scripting and programming language
- Verbal and written communication skills
