Job Summary
Manage and optimize on-premises infrastructure (Linux, Proxmox, storage, networking) while automating environments using Ansible and IaC principles. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure) operations, and operate Kubernetes workloads for daily troubleshooting. Ensure system reliability through monitoring and incident response on a 24/7 on-call rotation. Collaborate with teams to maintain technical documentation. This role requires 7+ years of infrastructure experience and is based in a pan-European technological center.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Infrastructure / DevOps roles
- Strong hands-on experience with on-prem environments
- Proxmox (KVM) and Linux administration expertise
- Ansible (production use)
- Networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls)
- Storage & high-availability concepts
- CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar)
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Scripting (Bash, Python or similar)
- Docker & Kubernetes (operational knowledge)
- Basic to intermediate AWS and/or Azure
- Database administration (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and communication skills
- Professional English
