Job Summary
Design, automate, and support the Bank's cloud infrastructure using AWS, Amazon EKS, Terraform, and CI/CD platforms to enable secure, scalable application delivery. Build and optimize containerized workloads, implement monitoring and observability solutions, and manage cloud networking and security controls aligned with regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, establish platform standards for microservices and APIs, and collaborate with engineering and security teams to drive DevSecOps adoption and continuous improvement. Serve as a technical resource for cloud initiatives while evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating AWS-based infrastructure and DevOps platforms
- Experience managing Kubernetes environments, preferably Amazon EKS
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications
- Solid understanding of AWS core services, including EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, and Lambda
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of networking, security, DNS, load balancing, and cloud architecture principles
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud certifications
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, FluxCD, or similar deployment automation platforms
- Knowledge of service mesh, API gateways, and microservices architectures
- Experience implementing DevSecOps controls and cloud security best practices
- Experience supporting highly regulated environments such as financial services or banking
