Job Summary
DevOps Engineer to own the Agentic Workflow Automation (AWA) platform deployment and cloud-native infrastructure in Azure UAE. Responsibilities include managing IaC (Terraform or Bicep) for multi-namespace AKS clusters, ADLS Gen2 with WORM, API Management, private endpoints, and Key Vault; designing automated CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) from container builds to deployment gates; enforcing network policies, workload identities, and KEDA-based autoscaling; overseeing container registries with image signing and vulnerability tracking; implementing secure access architectures, automated TLS lifecycle, and cryptographic secret rotation; crafting complex KQL queries and alerts in Azure Monitor/Log Analytics to track SLAs, runtime failures, and token usage; configuring platform security, private connectivity, Azure Policy, and firewall architectures; defining automated disaster recovery paths with RTO/RPO targets for storage and model endpoints;Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Eng; 2+ years Azure focus; Visa sponsorship available as part of benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years in dedicated DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
- At least 2 years explicitly focused on Azure ecosystems
- Production Kubernetes deployments experience (RBAC, policy layers, namespace segmentation)
- Experience with Terraform or Bicep
- Kubernetes (AKS) and Helm/Kustomize deployment
- KEDA or equivalent automated scaling based on streaming metrics
- Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for multi-environment gated deployments
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking (hub-and-spoke VNets, private links, NSGs, firewalls)
- Experience with Azure Key Vault, workload identities, and automated TLS certificates
- Proficiency with KQL and Azure Monitor/Log Analytics for dashboards and alerts
- Security-focused platform administration (policy enforcement, private connectivity, OPA Gatekeeper)
- Disaster recovery planning with defined RTO/RPO
- Active Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, CKAs) preferred
