Job Summary
Manage and coordinate deployments across Development, QA, and Production environments while executing weekly releases and supporting ad-hoc patch deployments. Act as the first point of contact for deployment-related issues and provide operational troubleshooting for Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift platforms. Monitor cluster health, resolve platform-level issues, and support CI/CD pipelines using Bash scripting. Assist application teams with onboarding, environment setup, and YAML-based configurations while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to ensure release stability, participate in incident management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Release Engineering or DevOps roles
- Solid expertise in Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment workflows
- Proficiency in Shell/Bash scripting
- Experience working with YAML configurations and Git-based version control
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on production support and incident handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environment
