DevOps Engineer (Data Center)

Job Summary
Lead the design and modernization of enterprise cloud workloads across Azure, AWS, and GCP; define migration roadmaps (retain, re-platform, refactor, retire) and design governed multi-cloud landing zones with Terraform and Bicep. Establish cloud-agnostic infrastructure practices, reusable IaC modules, and automated provisioning; govern identity and access across cloud platforms using Entra ID/Azure AD and policy controls. Architect secure hybrid and cross-cloud connectivity (ExpressRoute, SD-WAN) with zero-trust controls for IT/OT boundaries, including SCADA/HMI/ICS. Build resilient, highly available cloud architectures with DR validation and defined RTO/RPO targets; develop platform services, CI/CD templates, and self-service infrastructure APIs. Implement governance, policy-as-code, FinOps, cost tagging, and spend attribution; support modernization initiatives such as Kubernetes adoption and containerization; optimize Windows server licensing costs. Offer includes flexible remote and hybrid opportunities. The role requires 7+ years in cloud infrastructure, hands-on Azure and experience with at least two major cloud providers, and strong skills in cloud networking, IAM, IaC, CI/CD, zero-trust, DR, FinOps, and policy frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering
- deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure
- production experience with at least two major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- strong experience with cloud networking, IAM, compute, IaaS/PaaS
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience
- Terraform and/or Bicep IaC
- CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
- zero-trust architecture, IT/OT boundary security, SCADA/HMI/ICS familiarity
- disaster recovery architecture design across regions and providers
- FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization
- policy-as-code frameworks (Azure Policy, AWS SCPs, GCP Org Policies, or Open Policy Agent)
- English level: B2 or higher
