Job Summary
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps while containerizing applications with Docker and Podman. Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, and PowerShell to streamline code integration, troubleshoot pipeline performance, and implement security scanning for compliance. Maintain documentation for pipeline architecture and configurations. This role supports fast and stable software releases within an enterprise-scale environment, offering a competitive base salary above pay grade with performance bonuses and access to AI and automation tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn and grow
- Experience leading development using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Expertise in integrated enterprise systems, data flows, and business processes
- Experience with formal software development methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team with strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Podman
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of security best practices, vulnerability scanning, and compliance standards
- Experience with scripting/automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Prior experience working with enterprise-scale systems and distributed architectures
