DevOps Engineer

Job Summary
Design and evolve the DevOps platform supporting Broadridge product and service delivery by collaborating with development teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable implementations. Develop automation frameworks and scripts to streamline CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments while driving best practices in configuration management and observability. Support global-scale systems leveraging modern networking, distributed architectures, containers, and microservices in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and continuous improvement. This hybrid role requires strong expertise in Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, and AWS cloud services.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, building DevOps capabilities for enterprise applications
- 3- 5 years' experience DevOps toolsets Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, JF
- Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services
- Azure or GCP experience
- Skilled in DevOps toolsets including Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, JFrog
- Kubernetes proficiency
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), configuration management, and monitoring practices
- Proficiency with scripting/programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or Shell
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
