Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code to support reliable, repeatable software releases for global enabling function products. Embed security, compliance, and quality controls into delivery practices while troubleshooting complex production issues across cloud-native environments. Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery standards and proactively identify risks in the software lifecycle. Accountable for adherence to governance guardrails and contributing to performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency targets.
Required Qualifications
- Deep hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a global, cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to balance delivery speed with security, reliability, and quality
