Job Summary
Build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt for Windows and Linux EC2 instances. Develop Chef cookbooks for automated vendor software deployment and manage Kubernetes clusters with Helm and GitOps practices. Implement CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI while troubleshooting infrastructure issues across heterogeneous systems. Design automation, monitoring, and logging for multi-environment deployments and collaborate with cloud and application teams. Requires expert-level Chef (Ruby) skills, proficiency in Terraform, and strong PowerShell or Python scripting. Full remote B2B contract with salary of 4800-6500 EUR GROSS/month.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux EC2 environments on AWS
- Expert-level Chef (Ruby) skills for automation and cookbook development
- Proficiency with Terraform / Terragrunt and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Strong scripting and troubleshooting in PowerShell and/or Python
- Solid knowledge of AWS services, including EKS, VPC, networking fundamentals
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, and GitOps workflows
- Proven ability to manage complex integrations and multi-component deployments
- Fluent English
