Job Summary
Partner with Product Development teams to design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions and develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code while defining and measuring SLO/SLIs for applications and services. Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to ensure high availability, support application modernization efforts including containerization, and contribute to standardized solution blueprints. Resolve challenges with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of best practices for security, observability, and infrastructure management.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in cloud and infrastructure engineering/operations
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments as well as VMware
- Understanding of cost modelling and optimization of cloud services
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible), and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Understanding of Software Supply Chains, SAST and SCA and pipeline controls (Synk)
- Real-world experience in software development or close collaboration with developers
- Familiarity with observability tools like New Relic and OpenTelemetry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills and a passion for improving developer workflows
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (NIST-800, CIS, SOC2)
