Job Summary
Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using cloud technologies, container orchestration, and ServiceNow ITSM to ensure systems remain safe against security threats. Design and implement new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment and improve system automation. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and assist junior members by sharing knowledge on best practices. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and is based at the Hyderabad office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
- 15 years full time education
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues efficiently
- Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
