Job Summary
Maintain and enhance the Azure Landing Zone environment while supporting hardening initiatives focused on security, compliance, and operational resilience. Design and implement Azure platform services aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework best practices, managing hub-and-spoke networking architectures and optimizing hybrid cloud operations. Improve cloud operations, monitoring, and incident management processes by collaborating with internal teams and external Microsoft partners to strengthen governance across the organization. Share Azure knowledge to drive cloud capabilities growth within the company. This role requires 3+ years of hands-on Azure experience, proficiency in Terraform and networking, and willingness to participate in on-call support.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure Landing Zones and cloud governance
- Strong knowledge of Azure Networking (VNet, Hub-and-Spoke, VPN, ExpressRoute, Private Endpoints)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and Azure security
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Background in supporting production environments, incident management, and troubleshooting
- Interest in hybrid cloud architectures (Azure + on-premises infrastructure)
- Polish and English proficiency sufficient for working in an international environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise-scale Azure environments
- Knowledge of Kubernetes platforms
- Experience with cloud migration and platform modernization initiatives
- Willingness to participate in on-call support
