Job Summary
Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform, including networking, governance, and compliance. Write and debug PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripts to automate tasks, while implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, manage Docker containers, and provide incident support for Ams and Terraform environments. Document processes and configurations to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. Mentor team members on Terraform best practices and platform engineering concepts. This role supports 2nd Level Support and On-Call duties within AMO's Cloud Azure Infrastructure team.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or Advanced Diploma in a Software Engineering related discipline, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in an agile team setup
Desired Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Azure infrastructure, including storage accounts, virtual networks, security groups, and security configurations - would be a plus
- At least 1+ years' proven experience working with Azure - would be a plus
- German communication skills will be a plus
