Job Summary
Analyze, execute, and streamline development and operations practices by automating processes and facilitating the development lifecycle across the business. Establish a continuous build environment and manage technical operations to ensure systems remain scalable and secure. Lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that minimize deployment failures, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues within CI/CD pipelines. Design and build solutions for data movement and processing, while reviewing delivery pipelines to optimize performance. Leverage expertise in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments to drive automation and infrastructure improvements. This role offers a clear career progression path, evolving into Program Manager or Program Director positions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps
- excellent automation skills and the ability to drive initiatives to automate processes
- strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies
- configuration management practices in Unix and Linux-based environment
- sound knowledge of cloud-based environments
- Experience in handling automated deployment CI/CD tools
- excellent knowledge of infrastructure automation
- expertise in popular container and container orchestration tools include Docker and Kubernetes
- Tools (IaC) (Ansible, Jenkins, Chef or similar)
- strong expand on experience in working with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- strong expertise in operating Linux/Unix environments
- scripting languages like Python and Shell
- Ability to review deployment and delivery pipelines
