Device Technician - Full-time, Dayshift

Assess patients clinically for device and rhythm issues, performing basic interrogation and adjustments to programming per protocol. Troubleshoot basic, intermediate, and advanced device problems while conducting device clinic triage, including patient instruction and education regarding pacemaker and ICD devices. Interpret abnormal technical and clinical findings to communicate timely updates to physicians and the healthcare team, assisting in process improvement and new service development. Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure billing accuracy, assist in determining procedures for new tasks, and mentor staff on technical skills.
