Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customer mobile devices while maintaining quality standards and documenting all work in company systems. Manage the full repair journey from intake through final inspection, coordinating daily schedules, repair bookings, and parts inventory to ensure efficient service delivery. Support warehouse operations including inventory management, parts handling, and equipment staging, while traveling to customer locations in a company-provided van to perform on-site repairs. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and monitor performance against KPIs and service standards. Requires a valid G/A Class 5 driver's license, strong technical knowledge of Android and iOS devices, and excellent communication skills.
