Job Summary
Technical Configuration & Firmware Associate to install configuration files, update firmware, change device settings, and ensure electronic garage door upgrade components are prepared accurately for downstream assembly or deployment. Responsibilities include installing plugs and current configuration versions to safety sensors, upgrading firmware on axis video cards, documenting work, repacking components for shipment, and identifying or escalating errors, failed updates, or nonconforming parts. Ideal candidates have moderate computer proficiency, are comfortable with firmware/configuration processes, and have experience in electronics assembly, quality inspection, IT hardware setup, or production testing; they are reliable, organized, and able to follow detailed technical instructions in repetitive work.
