Job Summary
Back-End / DevOps Software Developer responsible for designing and delivering world-class back-end services and Cloud Native infrastructures. Own the DevOps dimension end-to-end (CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security, secrets management) while contributing to agile ceremonies, shaping product direction, and collaborating with development teams. Champion innovative, AI-assisted development practices and communicate technical solutions effectively to clients, leveraging a strong foundation in Elixir, .NET, or Python and experience across AWS/Azure, Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions.
Required Qualifications
- Back-End development experience
- DevOps experience
- Proficiency in AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of security, observability, and maintainability of real-world systems
- Familiarity with AI fundamentals and AI-assisted development tools
- Bilingual English/French professional communication
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Solid understanding of software development and architecture fundamentals
