Job Summary
Design and develop world-class AI solutions including agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and extraction classification pipelines using LLMs and innovative techniques. Lead projects from solution design through production implementation, managing prototyping and technical hypothesis validation. Ensure robust production transitions by establishing monitoring, cost management, security, and reliability measures. Collaborate with design, development, and product teams to integrate AI coherently into complete solutions while making concepts accessible to non-technical stakeholders. Continuously monitor the evolving AI ecosystem to share discoveries with the team.
Required Qualifications
- solid background and hands-on experience in developing AI solutions
- passionate about artificial intelligence

- comfortable with the inherent ambiguity of AI projects
- ability to communicate confidently in both English and French in a professional setting
- ability to bridge traditional software development (particularly on the backend side) and AI development
- comfort in both software development and AI development worlds
- in-depth knowledge of AI models available on the market, their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses
- ability to compare AI models for a given use case
- experience with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, etc.)
- experience with languages such as Python, Elixir, or TypeScript
- autonomy and proactivity
- ability to thrive in contexts where outcomes are not always predictable
- ability to adapt approach accordingly
- comfort in a client-facing context
