Job Summary
Evaluate and assess children and families to plan, develop, implement, and review curriculums and IFSPs meeting individual developmental needs. Complete and maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations. Perform service coordinator functions to ensure Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes and meet state quality assurance standards. Work 40 hours weekly in the Waterford area with a salary range of $65k-$85,800 annually. This role supports family-centered practices within Kidsteps' early intervention program, offering professional growth opportunities and weekly team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- BA from accredited college or university in related field
- MA
- valid initial, provisional or professional teaching certificate from the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) in endorsements #112, #113, #065, or #165
- Experience in children and family services with a focus on Early Intervention
- valid United States driver's license
- acceptable driving history
