Job Summary
Provide person-centered support to individuals with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Assess each person’s hopes, dreams, and desires; facilitate community and natural-support relationships; support participation in the community; protect and advocate for rights; assist with emotional, physical, and medical needs; document progress notes and ensure goals and interests are met; assist with daily living tasks (housekeeping, meals, laundry, shopping); driving/travel as required; participate in meetings and training; mentor new staff and ensure safety procedures are practiced. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Driver's License (Valid)
- Experience working with people with mental health diagnoses, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders
