Job Summary
Provide person-centered supports to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injury in a residential Monarch setting. Assess each person’s hopes and desires and provide supports to facilitate achievement; help develop relationships and community involvement; promote self-determination; ensure rights and safety; assist with daily living tasks (housekeeping, meals, laundry, shopping, transportation); document progress and incidents; participate in planning and training; sleepover at a residential setting may be required; drive or arrange transportation as needed; contribute to advocacy and ongoing team support.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Driver's License (Valid) - USA
- Experience working with children or adults with mental health diagnoses, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders
