Job Summary
Developmental Specialist Residential role delivering direct support within Monarch’s LTSS programs. Responsibilities include assessing individuals to identify hopes and desires, helping them develop community relationships, supporting full participation in daily life, promoting self-determination, ensuring rights are protected, documenting progress, assisting with daily tasks and transportation, facilitating safety procedures and emergency planning, mentoring staff, and participating in meetings and trainings. Sleepover shifts may be required. Requires valid driver’s license and a HS diploma. Starts at $15/hour with benefits.
