Job Summary
Developmental Specialist Residential provides support to individuals with mental health diagnoses, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders to achieve personal goals. Responsibilities include assessing hopes and desires, helping individuals participate in community activities, developing relationships with natural supports, advocating for individuals, providing emotional/physical/medical support, documenting progress, facilitating transportation, ensuring safety, training/mentoring staff, and possibly providing sleepover support in a residential setting. Requires a High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and experience with the specified populations.
