Job Summary
Conduct Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensure client safety during community and home-based activities, and provide behavioural support and redirection. Prepare meals, organize tasks, offer transportation, and deliver emotional support alongside light housekeeping. Manage independent scheduling with full autonomy to match flexible, client-dependent availability. Maintain a valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification, hold a G class driver's license with a vehicle, and complete a Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months. Also possess Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training (NVCI) and a university or college education in a related field.
