Job Summary
Develops and oversees developmental disability services programs for Sponsored Residential and Hybrid Group Homes in the Richmond, VA region. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field and clinical background, with experience in Person-Centered Service Development, staff supervision, and Medicaid/licensure compliance. Collaborates with Direct Support Professional staff, individuals served, and families; must multitask, prioritize, and manage a caseload while maintaining excellent communication and time management. Hybrid schedule offered with provided equipment, travel via company car within a regional area, and access to ongoing training, education reimbursement, and benefits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field is required
- At least one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities (DD)
- Two years’ experience supervising employees (preferred)
- Active driver’s license with a good driving record
- Criminal background check with acceptable results
- Experience with Licensure/Medicaid requirements and compliance
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage a caseload with Direct Support Professional staff and individuals/families
- Experience in Person-Centered Service Development with a Clinical background
