Job Summary
Developmental Disabilities Program Manager responsible for overseeing services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities, coordinating medical appointments, household and finances, implementing behavior support strategies, training staff, ensuring quality service delivery, and collaborating with the service team to ensure effective communication and staffing coverage. Must supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage staff hours, and provide excellent customer service to individuals, families, and stakeholders. Requires a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of field experience; a Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 3 years of experience in developmental disabilities
- Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Supervisory or management experience
