Job Summary
Perform medication administration, personal care, light housekeeping, and daily support for individuals with developmental disabilities under a 2:2 ratio. Communicate patient status updates to the supervising RN, maintain safe environments, and keep accurate records while working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Develop care plans with physicians and provide compassionate emotional and social support. Schedule includes every other weekend shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.w. with pay ranging from $28 to $29 per hour plus a $4 hourly weekend differential. Associate's degree in nursing and an active LPN license required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- LPN license
- Valid driver's license
- Car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Every other Weekend 7a-7p availability
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing experience preferably within Private Duty Nursing, Home Health or Disability Services specialty
