Job Summary
Developmental Disabilities Behavioral Support Specialist providing Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients under licensed clinician guidance; assist with individualized supports, care coordination, and development of treatment plans; offer linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services to individuals or groups; travel within the assigned service area; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive client outcomes; requires a degree in a related field or equivalent field experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; includes comprehensive training and a competitive benefits package with PTO, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.
