Job Summary
Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs; develop individualized supports/treatment plans and coordinate healthcare/behavioral health services; deliver services to individuals or small groups; promote a positive, cooperative relationship with outside contacts; and travel within the assigned service area as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field or a high school diploma or three or more years of relevant field experience
- Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
