Developmental Care Specialist (Full Time)

Developmental Care Specialist role for a married two-person team serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The couple resides in on-campus student homes, provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, and participates in activities including daily supervision, medication administration, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
