Development Technologist - Flow Cytometry

Develop, evaluate, and implement new test methods, equipment, or products for the laboratory under scientific guidance. Improve existing methodologies or integrate new technology with proven validity while maintaining complete and accurate documentation of all generated data and work performed. Organize new method validation data for publication and peer review, and participate in formal institutional presentations. Aid in the investigation, installation, evaluation, and purchase of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, reagent systems, and specialty items. Participate in training laboratory staff, residents, and students on method principles and applications. This role supports the laboratory's research and diagnostic capabilities at Mayo Clinic.
