Job Summary
Bridge between production execution and engineering development for the Starlink PCBA team by building, assembling, and testing pre-production, qualification, and flight PCBA hardware; program, load, and operate automated SMT production machines (pick & place, reflow ovens, stencil printers, conformal coating, AOI, X-ray); troubleshoot SMT equipment with emphasis on process stability and yield; perform rework on non-conforming hardware; document processes, failures, and corrective actions; collaborate with engineers on manufacturability and DFM opportunities; train junior technicians on SMT equipment operation and basic troubleshooting; support production and development builds to ensure safe, reliable, and high-rate PCBA production.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in SMT/PCBA manufacturing, assembly, or test
