Job Summary
Lead high-level technical and scientific discussions with clinicians to support local commercial objectives and business growth. Provide on-site technical expertise, product demonstrations, and case support to ensure the optimal application of Medtronic technologies. Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and distributors. Identify clinical needs and therapeutic gaps within hospitals to uncover new business opportunities. Act as a key link between clinical, technical, and sales teams to share market insights and align strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimal Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in biomedicine, medicine, natural sciences, etc.
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare environment
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strong creative outlook
- Fluent Czech and English language skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, or vascular environments
- Strong familiarity with procedure-based medical technologies
